Sales & Marketing Manager - Transmission & Distribution Conductor

Role & responsibilities

• Drive sales, business development, revenue and profitability targets for T&D conductors.
• Develop and manage relationships with utilities, DISCOMs, transmission companies, EPCs, OEMs and institutional customers.
• Identify new projects, markets, customers and business opportunities.
• Lead tender participation, bid management, techno-commercial negotiations and order closure.
• Manage key accounts and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Provide technical/product support and effectively communicate conductor applications and solutions.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate commercial terms in coordination with internal teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence, MIS and management reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical, Quality, Commercial, Finance and Logistics teams for timely execution and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, project discussions, exhibitions and industry forums.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
• Experience in sales/business development.
• Experience in T&D conductors, electrical cables or power infrastructure preferred.
• Exposure to government/institutional and tender-based sales is highly desirable.
• Experience with State Electricity Boards, DISCOMs, transmission utilities, PGCIL-type organizations, EPC companies and government procurement will be an advantage.
