Job Title : Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager Industry : Tiles / Ceramics / Building Materials Location : Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh Experience : 2–10 years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with experience in the tiles or building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing dealer/distributor networks, and promoting our brand through various marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tiles and ceramics segment. Handle B2B and B2C sales – architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and direct customers. Manage and expand distributor/dealer network in assigned territory. Conduct site visits and client meetings to generate leads and close deals. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and customer preferences. Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
