SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Industrial and Project Marketing activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage trade business and drive business growth.
• Prepare company credentials, technical documents and proposals for client/project approvals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular client meetings, visits and market visits.
• Generate leads and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.
• Travel extensively as per business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• B.Tech / B.E. with a technical background.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Industrial / Project Marketing.
• Cable Industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial/project marketing and business development.
• Good understanding of basic computer applications.
• Technically sound with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Good discipline, punctuality and professional conduct.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
