Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our rehabilitation services, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our rehab and early intervention services. Generate leads through field visits, digital campaigns, and community outreach programs. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, pediatricians, schools, NGOs, and other referral sources. Organize awareness camps, workshops, and seminars to promote services. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve service offerings. Maintain a client database and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities. Handle digital marketing tasks including content creation, social media updates, and online ad management. Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with operational capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MSW (Masters in Social Work) * 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (healthcare/education sector preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Tamil). Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
