About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Industrial B2B Sales to develop business across targeted industrial clusters.

The ideal candidate should have experience in water treatment chemicals or industrial sales involving technical products, chemicals, engineering solutions, or industrial utilities. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with industrial clients, conducting field visits, and generating repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and approach potential industrial B2B customers.
• Conduct cold calls, client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with Plant Heads, Utility Engineers, Utility Managers, and Procurement Teams.
• Generate new business opportunities and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and repeat orders for bulk water treatment chemical supplies.
• Coordinate with the technical team for chemical trials, water analysis, testing, and validation reports.
• Understand the requirements of industrial boilers, cooling towers, and RO units to support suitable product recommendations.
• Monitor industrial developments, upcoming plants, competitor pricing, and market offerings.
• Execute targeted B2B marketing activities and share technical product information with prospective clients.
• Represent the organisation at industrial exhibitions, trade events, and sugar mill expos.

Candidate Requirements

• Relevant technical or business qualification preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant B2B or Industrial Sales experience.
• Experience in water treatment, water treatment chemicals, or technical industrial product sales is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of boilers, cooling towers, RO plants, or industrial utility systems is preferred.
• Strong client-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with field sales, industrial site visits, and client meetings.
• Willingness to travel within assigned industrial clusters and regional zones.
