Job Roll and Responsibility :
1. Promote and sell the company’s dairy products (milk, ice cream, milkshakes, etc.) to retailers, distributors, and direct consumers.
2. Develop new business opportunities in the assigned region by visiting potential clients and promoting products.
3. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure timely supply of products.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Monitoring, Controlling & Collecting the Crates on time.
6. Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
7. Addressing customer complaints.
8. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
9. Develop content for digital and traditional marketing platforms, including social media and print.
10. Provide feedback on market conditions and product performance to the sales manager.
