## Sales & Marketing – Construction Industry

### Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.

* Generate leads through field visits, client references, networking, and market research.

* Connect with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, property owners, and potential clients.

* Promote the company's construction services and project offerings.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.

* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and business presentations.

* Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.

* Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular business development reports.

### Required Skills

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong client acquisition and lead-generation abilities.

* Knowledge of construction and real estate markets.

* Ability to handle client meetings and convert enquiries into projects.

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and reporting.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

### Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.

* 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

* Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or building project sales is preferred.

* Candidates with a strong background in B2B sales and business development are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
