Key Responsibilities

• Understand real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
• Make calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools or Excel.
• Support digital marketing and social media promotional activities.
• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and coordination.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates, MBA students, or recent graduates.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and the real estate industry.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work with a team.
