Sales & Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at BORNEO HERBS, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our business growth by utilizing your communication, marketing, and customer engagement skills effectively. You will be responsible for initiating and maintaining productive conversations with customers in various Indian languages over the phone. Additionally, you will assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-up calls, and addressing customer inquiries. Supporting digital marketing campaigns, engaging on social media platforms, and managing email marketing initiatives will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, particularly in Indian languages, and have a strong command of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with social media platforms, basic digital marketing concepts including SEO and Google Ads, and a valid four-wheeler driving license are key requirements for this position.
