We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and business development for our Wellness Center. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in wellness, spa, or hospitality sales, with the ability to attract new customers, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase wellness center revenue.
• Generate new business through corporate tie-ups, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Promote wellness packages, spa services, memberships, and special offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and explore local market potential.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with the wellness operations team to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a Wellness Center, Spa, Salon, or Hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of wellness packages, memberships, and service-based selling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
• Good customer relationship management and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of local market sales and corporate client acquisition.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior Wellness Center or Spa sales experience will be given preference.
• Should be proactive, confident, and result-oriented.
• Should have a strong business development mindset.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
