Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in UPS and Stabilizer sales to develop business opportunities, handle B2B clients, and achieve sales targets through field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through field sales.
• Promote and sell UPS systems, stabilizers, and related electrical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
• Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and business meetings.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Maintain regular sales reports and customer databases.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Degree / Diploma.
• 2–6 years of experience in UPS / Stabilizer sales.
• Strong experience in B2B field sales and client acquisition.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
