Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth across India in industrial automation and advanced manufacturing solutions.
Key Products & Solutions:
* Industrial line automation and robotic automation
* Laser welding and laser marking solutions
* Battery manufacturing and battery pack assembly lines
* Conveyor systems and material handling
* Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and customized automation solutions
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new customers and generate business opportunities across India.
* Build relationships with OEMs, automotive companies, and manufacturing industries.
* Manage customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
* Achieve sales targets and develop long-term strategic accounts.
* Lead and expand the sales team for senior leadership positions.
Candidate Requirements:
* 10+ years of relevant B2B industrial sales experience.
* Proven track record in industrial automation, machinery, or engineering solutions.
* Strong customer network, negotiation skills, and business development capabilities.
* Willingness to travel across India.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
