Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strong channel partner network from South Mumbai to Santacruz west. Proven track record with Quality Walkin and conversions. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends. Strong relationships with Brokers/CPs/ICPs/IPCs and retaining the same. Talk to the leads generated by Tele Calling team & CP and explain the project details to generate walk-ins. Achieve Targets on Monthly/Weekly/ Daily basis Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process. Worked with leading developers. Ensure to make the data entry on daily basis also to update the database of Channel Partners. Keep abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition. Preferred candidate profile Min 5-6 years of sourcing experience with a leading real estate development firm. Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills. Team player. A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients. To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
