• Strong team handling and sales management experience.
• Experience in managing field sales teams is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail asset business across 12–15 branches in Chennai and Kanchipuram.
• Drive sales of Credit Cards and other Retail Loan products.
• Handle and manage Sales Officers and Business Development RMs.
• Drive branch-wise business targets and ensure consistent sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with branch teams and drive business growth.
