Sales Manager MICE

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Lead Generation:
• Proactively source, pitch, and convert new corporate accounts.
• Respond effectively to incoming RFPs (Requests for Proposals) from inbound/outbound corporate leads.
• Conduct external sales calls, client presentations.
• Account & Relationship Management:
• Nurture and scale long-term, value-based relationships with senior decision-makers and existing key corporate accounts to ensure repeat business.
• Maintain an deep understanding of client preferences, operational budgets, and overarching event objectives.
• Proposal Design & Contract Negotiation:
• Develop detailed, dynamic travel itineraries. Accurate financial estimations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contract clauses with airlines, hotels, and local vendors to secure competitive rates while maintaining profitability.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking:
• Monitor regional market movements, hospitality trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Keep CRM records and sales pipelines updated for strict accurate forecasting and Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
