We’re scaling our presence in India and looking for sales leaders to drive growth in our regions.

Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad
Experience: 5–6 years in industrial automation sales, including at least 2 years handling key accounts or a regional territory
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation (MBA is a plus)

What you’ll do

• Own regional revenue targets and build the annual sales plan for the Vollwert portfolio
• Develop and manage key accounts across EPCs, OEMs, consultants and end users
• Lead and mentor sales engineers; review pipeline, offers and forecasts
• Drive large DCS, SCADA and system-integration opportunities and tenders from enquiry to order
• Represent Vollwert at industry events and with key stakeholders
• Share market intelligence on competitors, pricing and upcoming projects

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record of closing automation projects (DCS/PLC/SCADA, networking, actuators, panels)
• A strong network with decision-makers in your region
• Experience with tendering, commercial negotiation and contract terms
• Team leadership and clear, business-focused communication
