Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Open Market Sourcing: Prospect new customers through direct field visits, cold calling, local campaigns, and market mapping against local NBFCs and banks.
  • Customer Education: Explain gold loan scheme details, interest-servicing options, tenure, renewals, and valuation transparency.
  • Branch Coordination: Escort prospective clients to the nearest branch, coordinate with branch staff and gold appraisers, and ensure smooth loan onboarding.
  • Portfolio & Collection Support: Follow up with existing borrowers for timely interest payments, renewals, and minimizing overdue/default cases.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain a daily activity/visit diary, report market feedback to the vertical head, and adhere to KYC and lending compliance rules

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
