Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven and enthusiastic Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives with experience in the real estate industry. Candidates with prior experience in selling Open Plots, High-Rise Apartments, and Luxury Villas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various sales and marketing activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have prior experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in selling Open Plots, Apartments, or Villas is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customers independently and close deals.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Position 1: Sales Executive

• Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales.
• Responsible for lead follow-ups, customer interactions, site visits, and sales conversions.

Position 2: Senior Sales Executive

• Experience: 3–6 Years in Real Estate Sales.
• Strong experience in closing property deals and handling high-value customers.
• Ability to independently manage sales pipelines and achieve targets.

Work Details

• Weekly Off: 1 Day
