Experience:
8-15 years of B2B industrial sales experience in the dyes, pigments or chemical industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets Exposure to both domestic and international sales preferred Roles:
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Manage and grow existing customer accounts Promote the product portfolio of dyes, intermediates and specialty chemicals Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms with customers Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and channel partners Understand customers’ technical requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solutions Handle customer queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution Market Expansion
Explore new geographical markets and industry segments Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and industry networking events Develop and implement strategies to increase market share Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, logistics and R&D teams for order execution and product development Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and periodic performance reports Maintain accurate sales data and customer records Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred Willingness to travel locally
