ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Professional to drive business development and transaction closures across Mumbai’s commercial real estate market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop relationships with MNCs, corporates, brands, developers, landlords & investors
* Generate and close commercial leasing, sales & investment transactions* Develop corporate and brand collaborations* Source office, retail, warehousing & logistics opportunities* Identify land acquisition and BTS (Built-to-Suit) opportunities* Manage client and landlord mandates from sourcing to closure* Lead client meetings, property presentations, negotiations and site visits* Maintain a strong qualified pipeline and CRM discipline
REQUIREMENTS
* 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
* MBA Graduate – Mandatory* Strong knowledge of Mumbai’s commercial property market* Proven business development and closing track record* Strong network across corporates, MNCs, brands, developers and investors* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills* Fluent and well-spoken in multiple languages* Strong English & Hindi; Marathi preferred* High ownership, professionalism and result-oriented approach
COMPENSATION
Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹79,000.00 per month
