Job Summary

We are seeking proactive, relationship-oriented Sales Managers specializing in channel sales, dealer partnerships, and field execution within the surface solutions and interior products domain. In this role, you will manage and expand our dealer network across assigned territories, driving channel growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong working relationships with existing dealers and channel partners in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular dealer and market visits to strengthen engagement, understand requirements, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Present product catalogues, new designs, ranges, and key product features to dealers.
• Support dealers in improving product visibility, sales performance, and customer engagement.
• Review dealer sales performance regularly and follow up on opportunities to improve volume.
• Expand business through existing dealer networks and develop new channel partnerships where required.
• Coordinate smooth business operations, timely communications, and product updates.
• Track market feedback, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities, working toward territory sales targets.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3+ years of professional experience in sales, channel sales, dealer management, or field sales.
• Education: Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Key Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in dealer relationship management and channel partner handling.
• Excellent sales negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment with comfort in regular field visits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
