HIRING ALERT – SALES MANAGER (ALL INDIA)

Bhagavatula HiPo Advisory Partners (BHAP) is hiring on behalf of a reputed pharmaceutical company for the Sales Manager – All India position.

Job Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute Pan-India sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers and field sales teams across India.

Build strong relationships with distributors, doctors, hospitals, and key stakeholders.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Drive new product launches and market penetration.

Coordinate with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Eligibility & Requirements:

* Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Management.

* 12–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

* Proven experience in managing Pan-India sales operations.

* Strong exposure to therapeutic segments such as General, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Respiratory, etc.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Experience handling large sales teams in reputed pharmaceutical companies is preferred.

Zonal Managers with 4–5 years of experience and exposure to at least 2–4 zones may also be considered.

Age Criteria: Below 47 years
