Roles and Responsibilities Manage Banca Channel partners to achieve sales targets through Bancassurance products. Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration in bank branches. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks to drive business growth. Identify new opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products through bancassurance channels. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales progress. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in Banca Sales, Bancassurance Sales, or related field. Strong understanding of insurance industry trends and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
