Sales Intern

Job Description

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales and marketing intern to join our company. The intern will need to complete tasks assigned by the Director, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, attending inquires on call and in person, participating in meetings, and assisting the department wherever possible. Your work may also include preparing promotional presentations, monitoring social platforms. Reaching out to leads through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods Taking up to 50 calls daily to reach out to the potential clients Converting these leads to become customers Building and managing customer relationships Following up well with our customers Meeting and exceeding sales targets Education, Qualifications & Experiences 1. Graduate in any Stream from a recognized university 2. Must be pursuing Degree in Marketing, Business or similar required. 3. Knowledge of the local language will be preferred. English, Hindi & Marathi or Gujrati (added advantage) Role & Responsibilities Retail Data Sourcing and Data Management Demonstrate and provide information on products in the retail stores O Maintain company guidelines and sound positive and pleasing while interacting with customers while Selling Products Oversee corporate & B2B lead generation & conversion Actively approach B2B clients to introduce the brand for bulk orders, Manage relationships with existing customers and keep them apprised of the latest offerings Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external B2B communications and marketing materials Work on coordinating and socializing with content, creativity, sales, and the broader organization Perform industry and competitive analysis to constantly upgrade the sales process and help to position and messaging Personal Traits Strong written and oral communication skills in both Hindi and English Highly self-motivated Ability to work alone or as part of a team Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments Superb interpersonal skills Must be technology savvy and a quick learner Technology savvy
