Sales Head- - Rx Dermatology Division

As a Sales Head in Puresta's Rx Dermatology Division, you will be responsible for leading a new division focused on Dermatology & Personal Care. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and scaling the national derma sales team - Driving prescription growth and nationwide expansion - Leading doctor engagement, territory planning & distribution setup - Taking full responsibility for Rx sales strategy & execution To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in Dermatology / Cosmeceutical / Derma Rx sales - 5+ years of experience leading medical reps/ASM/RSM teams - Strong network of Dermatologists, Cosmetologists & Skin Clinics - Proven experience in launching & scaling Rx derma products - Experience in managing large on-ground teams & doctor coverage plans Please note that only candidates with Dermatology doctor-handling experience will be considered for this position.
