We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of our flagship Kaolin and ceramic raw materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial applications and a proven ability to develop and manage client relationships in the ceramic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and onboard new clients, distributors, and channel partners in the Ceramics, Paint, Paper, and related industries.

• Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations, explaining product specifications and application benefits to clients.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends in Kaolin and ceramic applications.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Ceramics, Chemistry, Mining, or related field preferred.

• MBA in Marketing is a plus.5+ years of experience in B2B sales of industrial minerals, ceramic raw materials, or similar products.

• Strong technical knowledge of Kaolin and ceramic raw materials and their industrial applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong networking ability and client-focused approach.

• Willingness to travel extensively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Role & responsibilities
