Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-driven Diploma Passouts to join our dynamic sales team as Sales Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their corporate career in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to help you understand market dynamics, product offerings, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and introduce our products/services effectively.
• Lead Generation & Follow-up: Proactively follow up on inquiries, maintain daily calling/meeting records, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Market Mapping: Assist the sales team in identifying new market segments, regional territories, and business opportunities across Maharashtra.
• Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal dispatch, service, and administrative teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports and visit summaries to management.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma holder in any stream (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Civil, or General Management/Administration). Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi).
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations (MS Office / Excel).
• Attributes: High energy levels, willingness to learn, goal-oriented mindset, and a strong work ethic.
