• Generate and qualify opportunities: Research potential clients and decision-makers, assess

fit and build an organised pipeline of service-sales opportunities.

• Lead discovery conversations: Understand client goals, challenges, requirements, budgets

and timelines before recommending suitable services.

• Deliver tailored pitches: Explain the value of our services clearly, conduct sales calls and

presentations, and coordinate proposals and quotations with the team.

• Drive opportunities to closure: Agree clear next steps, follow up consistently, address

objections and negotiate within approved limits to secure business.

• Manage the sales pipeline: Keep CRM records current with lead stages, conversations,

proposal status, expected closures and next actions. Share regular progress reports and work
towards agreed sales and revenue targets.

• Build client relationships: Communicate professionally across calls, email, LinkedIn and

other relevant platforms. Respond promptly and identify repeat business, referrals and
upselling opportunities.

• Ensure accurate commitments: Obtain internal approval before agreeing to pricing, scope,

deliverables, timelines or contractual terms.

• Coordinate a smooth handover: Document confirmed requirements and commitments, and

work with the delivery team on onboarding, contracts and payment follow-ups.

• Improve the sales approach: Share client feedback, recurring objections and market insights

with the team to strengthen pitches and identify new opportunities.
Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in service-based sales, client acquisition and closing business.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection-handling skills, with the ability to guide

opportunities through the full sales cycle.

• Clear verbal and written communication, with confidence presenting to business owners and

decision-makers.

• A proactive, target-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple opportunities

independently.

• Strong organisation, consistent follow-up and attention to detail in client communication and

sales records.

• Working knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, email, LinkedIn and relevant online business

platforms.

• Willingness to learn our services thoroughly and represent their capabilities accurately.

Preferred: Experience selling IT services and/or video editing services. Relevant
service-sales experience from other industries will also be considered.Compensation
