Sales Executives and Sales Manager

Open Positions & Salary

• Sales Executive: Minimum 1 year of sales experience | Salary up to ₹25,000/month + incentives.
• Sales Manager: 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, including team handling and sales management | Salary up to ₹70,000/month + incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, engage potential customers, and convert prospects into sales.
• Explain products/services, conduct sales calls, and follow up with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• For Sales Managers: Lead the sales team, develop sales strategies, monitor performance, and train sales executives.
• Maintain sales records and provide regular performance updates.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant sales experience; team management experience is required for the Sales Manager role.
• Experience in SaaS or digital product sales is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Schedule & Targets

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Weekly Offs: Rotational.
• Sales Target: Minimum 10% lead-to-sale conversion rate.

Interview Process

• Two telephonic interview rounds.
• One online interview round.
• Practical assessment, such as a mock sales call or product presentation.
