Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to handle field sales activities for FMCG products. The role involves developing new customers, managing existing clients, and achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales visits to retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
• Promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned area
• Achieve sales targets and ensure market coverage
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
