Job Description

KSR Realty is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive with mandatory experience in plot sales to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills, experience in selling residential plots, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for residential plot sales.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, site visits, and sales closures.
• Explain project details, plot layouts, pricing, payment plans, and amenities to customers.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits to project locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate with customers and close deals in line with company policies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and lead follow-up trackers.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Any bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with mandatory experience in Real Estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of plotted developments, property sales, and customer handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
