Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves promoting medical consumables to healthcare professionals, ensuring revenue targets are met, and contributing to market intelligence. Open Locations- Jodhpur, Ahmedabad, Madurai, Vizag, South Mumbai Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development • Identify and engage potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors. • Drive product awareness through direct sales and product demonstrations. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth. 2 . Customer Engagement & Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase managers, Nursing Fraternity & OT Technicians • Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction. 3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis • Gather insights into competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends. • Share market intelligence with the management to refine sales strategies. 4. Sales Operations & Reporting • Ensure timely secondary generation and coordination for product delivery. • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. • Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports as required. Key Requirements: • Education: B.sc (Science), B. Pharmacy, or MBA (preferred). • Experience: 3-5 years in medical consumables or healthcare sales. · Must have surgeons approaching like Anesthesia, Pediatrics, Neonatology, Onco Surgeons etc. • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
