Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive who can handle daily cold calling, communicate with potential clients, follow up with incoming leads, and convert prospects into paying customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound cold calls to potential customers and businesses.
• Contact and communicate with incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Explain company services, understand client requirements, and pitch relevant solutions.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of daily cold calls.
• Basic understanding of sales and lead management.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate with prospects.
• Target-oriented with a strong willingness to earn through incentives.
• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is preferred but freshers with the right attitude can apply.
