Job Description

HandyPay Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Sales Executives / Telecallers to join our growing team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in sales, customer interaction and business development. Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation or client acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Experience in FinTech, BFSI, Banking, Insurance or Financial Services will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business clients.
• Explain company products and services and generate interest among potential customers.
• Identify business opportunities and qualify leads based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, messages and emails.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team for further discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
• Work towards daily calling targets and monthly sales or lead conversion targets.
• Build positive relationships with prospects and maintain professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Acquisition or Business Development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers, handle objections and follow up effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• A target-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
