Job Title: Sales Executive – Raw Materials (Clay, Ball Clay, Bentonite) Locations: Ahmedabad & Morbi, Gujarat Experience: Minimum 5 years in raw material sales, with a focus on clay, ball clay, and bentonite. Preference for candidates with experience in industries such as paper, ink, paint, ceramics, and rubber. About Us: We are a leading supplier of high-quality raw materials, specializing in clay, ball clay, and bentonite. Our products cater to various industries, including ceramics, construction, and manufacturing. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for raw materials. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new clients in the ceramics, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the selection and application of raw materials. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including logistics and accounts, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Preferred Experience: Industry Exposure: Experience in handling clients from industries such as paper, ink, paint, ceramics, and rubber. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the applications and requirements of raw materials in these industries. Client Management: Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering tailored solutions to clients. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of raw materials, with a focus on clay, ball clay, and bentonite. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the ceramics, construction, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati is a plus. Travel: Willingness to travel within Gujarat as required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
