Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Varanasi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining a strong understanding of company products, conducting detailed market analysis, implementing sales strategies, coordinating with the marketing team, and delivering excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, client acquisition, and account management
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends
Skills in analyzing market data and creating sales strategies
Proficiency in using CRM and other sales-related tools
Ability to work independently and efficiently while meeting sales targets
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry is a plus
