Sales Executive – Solar (Commercial & Industrial)

About us

BrightEra Energy is a Pune-based company that designs, installs and maintains rooftop solar systems for commercial and industrial clients across Maharashtra. We work with factories, hospitals, hotels and commercial buildings, and we stay with our clients for the life of their systems.

The role

We are looking for a driven salesperson to grow our solar business across Pune’s industrial belt. Your first focus will be prospecting: finding the right businesses, starting conversations and building a strong pipeline. You will then take clients from first contact to signed project, with support from our leadership team.

What you will do

• Prospect factories, commercial buildings, hospitals and hotels across PCMC, Bhosari, Chakan and nearby industrial areas through daily calls, field visits and walk-ins
• Follow up on every lead until it is closed
• Visit client sites, collect electricity bills and site details, and pass them to our team for proposals
• Explain solar savings to clients in simple terms
• Present proposals, negotiate terms and work with the CEO to close deals
• Keep our CRM updated every day
• Represent BrightEra at industry associations and events

What we are looking for

• A graduate degree in any discipline
• 2–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in solar
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and field visits every day
• Able to read a commercial electricity bill and explain solar savings
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Your own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
• Preferably living in or near the PCMC area
