Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Promote company products, including plywood, blockboards, and flush doors.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely payment collection and submit daily sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

1–2 years of experience in field sales.
Candidates from the plywood, laminates, hardware, or building materials industry will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of the Bangalore market.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in Kannada will be an added advantage.
