Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the positions of Sales Executive and Sales Manager in its Sales & Marketing department.

Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, with an interest in real estate sales, customer handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and handle potential customer leads.
• Follow up with leads and manage customer enquiries.
• Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain real estate projects and property details to prospective customers.
• Coordinate and arrange property site visits.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and build strong relationships.
• Convert prospective leads into successful sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Any graduate can apply.
• MBA specialization in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Real estate sales experience or experience in sales in any other industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English is required.
• Must be comfortable handling walk-in clients, customer follow-ups and property site visits.
• Both male and female candidates are eligible.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Incentives

For Freshers:

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• Incentives starting from a minimum of ₹10,000.

For Experienced Candidates:

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month, based on performance.
• Incentives: ₹20 per sq. ft.
