We’re a full service ad agency that develpos & publishes magazines and manages social media for brands. We’re looking for a sales professional who can sell across print, digital, and social.

Role

Drive advertising and social media management revenue by sourcing new clients, growing existing accounts, and closing integrated packages.

Responsibilities

Meet monthly and quarterly targets across magazine ads, advertorials, sponsored content, and social media retainers

Generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals

Pitch to brands, media agencies, and PR firms with tailored proposals, media kits, and decks

Upsell and cross-sell print + digital + social packages

Coordinate with editorial, design, and social teams on custom campaigns and deadlines

Maintain the pipeline, share sales reports, and follow up on invoicing and collections

Requirements

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Media, or Business

1-4 years in advertising or media sales (magazines, newspapers, digital, or agency)

Proven record of hitting revenue targets

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Established network of advertisers and media agencies in Mumbai and other metros

Working knowledge of print, digital, and social media management

Good to have: Experience in lifestyle, travel, wellness, or B2B publications; custom publishing or branded content sales.
