Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Mobile Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting mobile phones and accessories, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and understand their mobile phone needs.
Demonstrate smartphone features, specifications, and available offers.
Recommend suitable mobile models and accessories based on customer requirements.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Process billing, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries.
Keep updated with new mobile launches, specifications, and market trends.
Ensure proper product display and stock availability.
Promote add-on products such as accessories, screen protections, and warranties.

Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile brands, and features.
Ability to persuade customers and close sales.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills for billing and data entry.
Previous experience in mobile sales (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
