Sales Executive – Mechanical Bearings

About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 2–3+ years of experience in technical sales, industrial products, machinery, bearings, or related mechanical engineering products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing accounts, generating enquiries, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for our bearing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in industrial and engineering sectors.

- Generate enquiries through direct visits, calls, references and market development.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bearing products.

- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions with purchase, maintenance and engineering teams.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.

- Develop relationships with OEMs, machinery manufacturers, distributors and industrial users.

- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, delivery and order execution.

- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure repeat business.

- Track competitors, market pricing and customer requirements.

- Maintain sales reports, enquiry pipelines and customer databases.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Preferred Experience:

BE/Diploma with 2 to 5 years of Industrail sales Exp. of Engineering Items.

Candidates preferred from bearing manufacturers/distributors or companies dealing in:

- Bearings

- Power transmission products

- Motors & gearboxes

- Industrial machinery

- Mechanical components

- Automotive/industrial OEM products

Location preference: Candidate should be based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune.
