About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Executive / Marketing Field Executive to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services in the local and nearby markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to potential and existing clients for product promotion and sales.
• Generate and convert leads through direct marketing, field interactions, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns as required.
• Submit daily reports on field activities and progress to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or field marketing (FMCG, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle sectors preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Kolkata and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be comfortable with regular fieldwork.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th pass)
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,794.41 - ₹18,933.07 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
