Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in our hardware division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of hardware products, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role requires effective leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities: -Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, organizations, and individual customers, to generate leads and expand the customer base. -Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies. -Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond. -Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits effectively. -Collaborate with the sales team and product specialists to create tailored hardware and networking solutions based on customer requirements. -Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements, aiming to achieve win-win outcomes for both the company and the customer. -Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving revenue and profitability goals. -Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers and address their inquiries effectively. -Maintain a CRM database to track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the sales pipeline. -Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for product improvement. Desired profile of the candidate: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Strong understanding of hardware products - Someone with B2B experience
