Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and online inquiries. Present and promote company properties to potential customers. Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers. Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs. Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and project specifications. Participate in promotional events, property expos, and client meetings. Prepare and maintain records of daily calls, visits, and client interactions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of the sales process. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Any Degree (Graduation is a must). Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi. Age Limit: Below 30 years. Experience: 02 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome). Sales Attitude: Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to work on targets. Location Knowledge: Familiarity with Hyderabad real estate/locality is an added advantage.
