Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in furniture to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a dedicated professional with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in negotiation, customer relationship management, and furniture product knowledge to drive sales and build relationships with clients. Qualifications and Skills CRM software experience to effectively manage customer interactions and data. Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking sales and managing client information. Knowledge of POS systems to facilitate seamless sales transactions. Lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients. Understanding of retail sales processes to maximize sales opportunities. Negotiation techniques to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill). Customer relationship management to foster long-term client relationships (Mandatory skill). Product knowledge of furniture to effectively promote and sell products (Mandatory skill). Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve sales targets in the furniture industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing the right solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
