Job Description :

• Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
• To floating inquiries and get quotations from the insurance company
• Field Visit at customer place to do meetings & other miscellaneous office works
• To be ready and enthusiastic to learn new work and take new liabilities out of your scope with a view to developing yourself in the sense of mutual benefit of you and the company
• Supporting & solving the customer queries through an Email and phone calls
• Providing detailed information to customers.
• Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Following up with customers for renewal & fresh business proposals.
• Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
