Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive – Field Sales to generate leads, acquire new customers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in direct sales, client acquisition, and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, direct marketing, and networking.
• Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain records of sales activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong lead generation and sales-closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client visits.
• Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler or other personal conveyance for field visits.
