Rohera Healthcare & Technology Pvt. Ltd. (eMedica) is a fast-growing, Pune-based medical device company bringing advanced bioelectronic healthcare technology to doctors, hospitals and patients. We are looking for driven field Sales Executives who want their income to grow with their performance.
Your earnings
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 per month (freshers) / ₹23,000 per month (experienced), paid every month
- 5% commission on device sales from your own field leads, from the 2nd device onwards. Leads and enquiries you create through your own field visits earn you the highest reward
- 1% of the monthly revenue you generate on all company-generated leads. The company gives you leads, and you earn on every rupee you close
- ₹500 for every device subscription you close
- All commissions and bonuses are paid on top of your fixed salary
What you could earn: an example month
- 4 devices sold from your own field leads, at ₹2,50,000 each: 5% on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th device = ₹37,500
- 2 devices closed on company-generated leads (₹5,00,000 revenue): 1% = ₹5,000
- 10 subscriptions: 10 × ₹500 = ₹5,000
- Total: ₹47,500 in commission and bonus + your fixed salary, which comes to ₹70,500 that month for an experienced executive
- This example is illustrative. Actual earnings depend on the sales you close each month, and every additional device you sell raises your income

What you will do
- Visit doctors, hospitals and clinics across Pune and build strong professional relationships
- Introduce eMedica and its medical devices to healthcare professionals
- Make 5 to 10 visits a day
- Conduct 2 product demos a day, with at least 1 positive demo a day
- Generate your own leads and enquiries through field efforts
- Close device sales and subscriptions
Reporting
- Submit a weekly DSR (Daily Sales Report) of your visits, demos and closures; every DSR is verified by the company
- Performance is reviewed every month on visits, demos and closures
What we are looking for
- Confident communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Willingness to travel daily for field visits across Pune
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; experience in medical device or pharma field sales is an advantage
