Sales Executive – Cold Calling

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to help grow our customer base through outbound cold

calling. You will connect with potential clients, introduce our AI-powered real estate photo editing services, generate

qualified leads, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound cold calls to real estate photographers, photography studios, and real estate media companies.

 Introduce our services and explain their value to prospective customers.

 Identify potential customers, understand their requirements, and qualify leads.

 Follow up with interested prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

 Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with qualified leads.

 Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.

 Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

 Handle objections professionally and communicate customer feedback to the team.

 Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and help convert leads into paying clients.

Requirements

 Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales.

 Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills.

 Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking with new people.

 Good persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

 Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

 Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets, email, and CRM tools.

 Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.

 Willingness to learn about real estate photography and AI-powered editing services.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in B2B sales, particularly selling services or SaaS products.

 Familiarity with international clients, especially US-based customers.

 Experience using sales CRMs and outbound sales processes.

Working Hours & Expectations

 6–8 hours per day; shift timings to be discussed during the interview.

 Full-time, on-site commitment in New Delhi.

 Daily outbound calling and systematic follow-ups.

 Regular reporting of calling activity, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.

 Professional communication, accountability, and consistent progress toward sales targets.

Application Requirement: Voice Sample

Applicants must submit a voice recording in English as part of their application. Record yourself as if making a real cold

call to a US-based real estate photographer or photography agency. Introduce the service, explain its value, ask about

the prospect’s current editing workflow, and invite them to take a next step.

Scenario: The photographer currently uses a traditional photo editing provider and has never heard of our AI-powered

editing service. Your goal is to start a natural conversation and pitch a small trial or sample edit.

Suggested opening (use as guidance, not a script to memorize):

“Hi, good morning! Am I speaking with the person who handles photo editing for your photography business?

My name is [Your Name], and I'm calling because we help real estate photographers and agencies save time and reduce the

workload involved in photo editing.

We offer an AI-powered photo editing service that helps you get professionally edited real estate images without spending

hours editing every shoot or managing a large editing workflow.

I was wondering, how are you currently handling your photo editing? Do you have an in-house editor, or do you outsource

it?”

Please speak naturally and professionally rather than reading word for word. Submit one clear audio file (MP3, M4A, or

WAV) in a quiet environment. The recording will be used to assess spoken English, clarity, confidence, conversational

ability, and pitch delivery.

Compensation & Opportunity

Monthly salary of ₹30,000–₹35,000, plus performance-based incentives. This role offers hands-on experience in B2B

sales and customer acquisition, with opportunities to grow into senior sales or business development responsibilities.
